Before this, I spent eight years as the in house creative director at RE/MAX Executive in Charlotte, one of the largest RE/MAX brokerages in the country. I built listing presentations, marketing pieces and photo galleries for hundreds of agents, so I understand the deadline and the pressure from the seller.
